Floral Cloud Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian bedding and lifestyle brand dedicated to creating thoughtfully designed sleep essentials that bring comfort, quality, and calm into everyday life.

2Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
• Dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances (±3–5 cm).
• Natural fabrics such as cotton and TENCEL™ may display slight variations in texture or weave. These are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

3Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

Should a pricing error occur, Floral Cloud reserves the right to cancel or amend the affected order before shipment. Any payment received will be fully refunded.

4Orders

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order if:

• Payment cannot be verified.
• Product inventory is unavailable.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Incorrect pricing or system errors occur.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be processed.

5Payment

We accept secure payments through authorised payment providers. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received. Floral Cloud does not store your credit card information.

6Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. While we work closely with our courier partners, delays caused by weather, public holidays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is complete and accurate. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

7Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, bedding products that have been:

• used,
• washed,
• stained,
• damaged,
• or removed from their original packaging,

cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

8Product Care

To maintain the softness, colour, and performance of your bedding, we recommend following the care instructions provided on each product label.

Damage resulting from improper washing, bleaching, tumble drying at excessive temperatures, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

9Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to photographs, product images, logos, graphics, designs, illustrations, videos, written content, and trademarks—is the property of Floral Cloud unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floral Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.

11Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
